On March 3, 1999 was found in the water the body of a negroid man about 16 a 18 years old at the height of Pablo Neruda in Amsterdam. The head of the victum was shaved. The victum was wearing a burgundy-coloured underpants with black stripes, dark gray socks with a print, black shoes with a copper buckle and laces,size 42, brandname Tropen and a black trainingpants with the legs were missing.
