Sylvester has been missing since 3 June 2023. He was last seen in his home village of Radewijk, on the Dutch-German border. He may have gone to Germany.

Sylvester is in his mid-thirties. His distinguishing features include his light skin colour, his slim build, his dark hair with a bald patch on the back of his head, and his slightly stooping gait.
Sylvester lived in a care facility in Radewijk (in the municipality of Hardenberg) near the German border. On that Saturday, he left around 12:00 o’ clock, carrying a large bag. The bag contained his pillow, which he was very attached to. He was wearing black trousers, black slip-on shoes, and a dark green winter coat. At that time, Sylvester was mentally not in great shape.
