On April 14, 1999 the body of an unknown male was found in the water of Arkersluis in Nijkerk. The victim is between 38 and 45 years old en 1.74cm long. He is possibly of Chinese origin. He has a remarkable tattoo (30 X 30cm ) of a dragon on his back. He wore white socks, a black short, brand Nino Gerruti, gray-blue trousers, brand Matinique, dark blue t-shirt, brand Eminence size L and a blue/gray cotton sweater. The victim was not wearing jewelry and/or personal records.
