On Thursday October 2, 2014 the body of an unknown man was found in the dune area near Bergen aan Zee close to the Verbrandepanweg.

Description
The victim is between 33 and 60 years old, has short blond hair (prickles), is slim build and between 1.80 m and 1.85 m long. The man was wearing a black Manguun pants, white Puma socks, a grey/red chequered SOHO shirt size M, a white T shirt (V&D), a SOHO multi coloured boxer short and brown leather AM shoes size 43 with a light-coloured sole. The victim was in possession of a black wallet and a small Army knife with the inscription PTT Post.
