Description
Time & location
An unknown man committed unwanted sexual acts against the victim. This happened at the Kleine der A in Groningen on the night of Thursday, November 30th to Friday, December 1st between 1:15 AM and 2:30 AM. We are looking for the man as shown on the images and in the video.
Suspect description
The man was cycling on a retro racing bike through the city center. The man was wearing a cap. He presumably spoke English.
Important witness(es)
Another young woman approached the victim shortly after the incident on the street. We don't know who she is yet and we would like to get in touch with her. We also know that several people were walking or cycling through the street around the time of the incident. Some cars were also passing by. These individuals might have seen or heard something. We would like to speak to these important witnesses. Every detail, no matter how small, could be significant in the investigation.
