NATO Summit The Hague, 2025
The NATO Summit will take place in The Hague on 24 and 25 June 2025. It is the largest logistics and security operation the Netherlands has ever seen: 45 world leaders and delegations from numerous countries will meet at the World Forum. This will lead to more traffic, increased security, and various other measures. Together with our partners, the police will ensure that the NATO Summit proceeds safely and without disruption, for those who attend the summit as well as for citizens and police personnel. Both operational and support staff from all domains within the police organisation will be deployed. While the NATO Summit does involve ordinary police work, it is also a truly unique event, not only in terms of its magnitude and nature but also in terms of the numbers of resources and people required.
